• The full balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

2.2 Session Conduct

During photography sessions:

• You agree to follow the photographer's guidance and instructions to achieve optimal results.
• You agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without a reduction in fee.
• The photographer reserves the right to terminate a session if any participants engage in inappropriate, offensive, or dangerous behavior.
• For outdoor sessions, we may need to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions. This decision is at the photographer's discretion.

2.3 Image Delivery

Regarding the delivery of your images:

• We aim to deliver your images within the timeframe specified in your contract.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on our workload and other factors.
• We reserve the right to determine which images are provided to you from those taken during your session.
• We do not guarantee delivery of a specific number of images unless specified in your contract.
• Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Website Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Even Framework or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any part of our website without our prior written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website.
• Use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names in any way without our prior written consent.

3.2 Photography Copyright

Regarding the copyright of photographs we create:

• Unless otherwise specified in writing, you may not sell, publish, or distribute the photographs commercially without our written permission.
• We reserve the right to use images from your session for our portfolio, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Image Licensing

The license granted to you for the use of your photographs:

• Is personal and non-transferable.
• Permits you to use the images for personal purposes, including printing, social media sharing (with credit to Even Framework), and personal displays.
• Does not permit editing, altering, or manipulating the images without our permission.
• Does not permit submitting our images to contests, publications, or other commercial uses without our written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Website Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• The website or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

4.2 Service Liability Limitation

Regarding our photography services:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to our services.

4.3 Image Backup

Regarding the storage of your images:

• We make reasonable efforts to backup and archive your images, but we cannot guarantee against data loss.
• After delivering your images, you are responsible for creating and maintaining your own backups.
• We typically maintain backups of client images for 12 months after delivery, but we do not guarantee the availability of images beyond this period.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services, you must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Use our website or services to transmit harmful content, including viruses or malware.
